Margarita Klurfan Born in Buenos Aires, she began her training in classical dance before dedicating herself to Argentine tango, studying with masters such as Mingo Pugliese, Vanina and Roberto Herrera, Claudio Gonzales, Osvaldo Cohelo, and Ana Maria Stekelmann. She made her professional debut performing in shows with artists like Nestor Marconi and Orchestra (Bolivia), Tangou by Anibal Pachano (Uruguay), and Paradis Tango with Coco Dias (Paris). In 1997, she joined the cast of the film Tango by Carlos Saura and took part in a documentary for NHK with Hideya Yamaguchi and Akiko Kuno. At the same time, she taught in various dance schools in Buenos Aires. Since 1999, she has been living in Italy, continuing her teaching activity and participating in festivals and tango shows. In 2004, she began her artistic collaboration with Walter Cardozo. In 2006, she worked as a choreographer for Sette Piani with Ugo Pagliai and Paola Gassman for the Teatro Stabile di Verona.

Walter Cardozo Born in Buenos Aires, he studied tango with Rodolfo Dinzel, Gustavo Naveira, and others. After working in Argentine television (Grandes Valores del Tango, El Teleobjetivo), he performed in shows such as La Historia del Tango and Crecer en el dos por cuatro and won the Bienal Hispanoamericana de Arte Joven with Buenos Aires Tango. In 1996, he became the director of the Ballet Municipal in Zarate. Since 1997, he has been living in Italy, teaching and performing in shows such as Profumo di Tango with Milva and Vinicio Capossela and Argentina with Rodolfo Mederos for Rai Sat. In 2004, he started his artistic partnership with Margarita Klurfan.

Margarita & Walter – Performances and Collaborations They have performed at international festivals (Sani Festival in Greece, Treffpunkt Stuttgart, Festival Wacyjny) and conducted workshops across Europe. Since 2005, they have collaborated with orchestras such as Four for Tango, Tango x Tres, Vientos de Tango, and with the Naturalis Labor Company in Vicenza for productions including Declaración, Alma de Tango, La Catedral, and Noche de Tango, performing in prestigious theaters and dance festivals. Since 2007, they have danced with the Orchestra Tipica Marcucci, and in 2009, they took part in the Tango y Más festival, interpreting pieces by Héctor Ulises Passarella. Their 2008 and 2009 tours brought them to Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Since 2010, they have collaborated with Duo Maclè and, in 2013, with the Passiones company at the Latinoamericando Festival. In 2014, they performed at the Time in Jazz Festival with Leonardo Sapere and Paolo Fresu. In 2015, they debuted with Dolores Hotel at Prospettiva Danza 2015.
